DELIVERY & SHIPMENT
Thank you for visiting and shopping at COEGA Sunwear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time and fees
All orders are usually processed within the stipulated time frame below. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be occasionally delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Delivery times are there as a guideline and we will do our very best to get your order with you in those times.
** Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours (Saturday- Thursday) after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the order was submitted.
Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
COEGA Sunwear will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
We ship worldwide, although due to recent regulations, we are not able to deliver to Qatar or Israel.
We accept all major credit cards at checkout. Cash on delivery payment option is available for UAE and KSA customers only. An additional charge of AED 10 is applicable for payment by cash on delivery.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
COEGA Sunwear is not responsible for any duties, customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
