If you're not satisfied with your purchase or comfort for any reason, COEGA Sunwear will happily;

replace it,

exchange it for a different size, or
-
refund you the purchase price
As you choose. It's that simple.
Upon receiving your returned product, COEGA Sunwear will issue your exchange or refund, as per your instructions. For an exchange, COEGA Sunwear will pay for the shipping of your replacement item, direct to you.
Refunds will be issued by the method you paid with. For example, if you paid by credit card we will issue a refund to that card. If you paid by Paypal, we will credit your Paypal account. You are refunded the full purchase price of your product. We do not deduct any restocking fee or similar charge.
In common with most major mail-order companies including LL Bean and Lands' End, purchaser must bear the mailing cost, for return of purchased items. The cost for using regular mail for returns is typically quite low. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of the initial shipping charge.

Within 24-48 hours, we will send you a return authorisation email, with details and the address to return your product.
